Arizona Curator Named for Women to Watch 2027

Heather Lineberry

The board of the Arizona Committee Committee National Museum of Women in the Arts is pleased and honored to announce that Heather Sealy Lineberry will by Arizona’s curator to nominate artists who work in book art for Women to Watch 2027.

Heather is Curator Emeritus at the Arizona State University Art Museum, faculty associate in the ASU School of Art’s Museum Studies program and guest curator at the Phoenix Art Museum.  Her thirty year career at the ASU Art Museum included managing the curatorial program, contemporary and historic collections and curating contemporary art exhibitions with an emphasis on new art forms and collaborations across disciplines.  Currently Lineberry is curating a survey exhibition of American painter Eric Fischl for the Phoenix Art Museum, opening in November 2025.
